Allan Ward

Allan Ward is passionate about coaching, mentoring, and leadership. His focus is to work with individuals and businesses on driving long term results. He believes that when you effectively learn to lead people, it will not only drive results for your organization, but it will also impact your people long term. Teaching and coaching people to effectively lead is the core to impacting the culture of an organization.

Allan previously worked with UPS for 37 years, spending time in Sales, Training, and HR Talent Acquisition. During this time, he developed a passion for working with and mentoring front line employees who were leading people for the first time. He played a critical role in developing mentorship & internship programs and prides himself on creating safe places for employees to have vulnerable conversations.

After retiring from UPS, Allan has spent his time focused on personal coaching and front-line leadership training. He’s motivated by the opportunity to help individuals on personal accountability, along with impacting businesses through leadership training. Allan continues to engage in a leadership book club he started at UPS and is constant in investing his time and energy in the apples he produces.
