  • Executive Coaching – Many executives can benefit from having a neutral, unbiased partner to explore issues with.  These can include balancing priorities (both professional and personal), sharpening strategy, improving execution, driving the organizational culture, dealing with difficult decisions, and more.  Our team of experienced executives have been there and have proven results from our executive coaching engagements.

 

  • Leadership Training – Many organizations hire and promote front line supervisors based on their skills at doing the job.  But what about their skills at being a leader?  Are your leaders using a consistent approach that reinforces your company culture?  Are more senior leaders letting their leaders lead?  Our leadership training seminars are interactive and not only explore how to be an effective leader, but how leaders can invest in themselves to continuously grow in this area.  Our programs range from a half-day exploration of key approaches to a much more engaged program that invests in your team with seminars and discussion groups spread over several months.  Our programs have had a material impact on the organizations we have worked with.
